NIPRADILOL Usage And Synthesis
DescriptionNipradilol is a beta-blocker with vasodilatory activity. As an antihypertensive nipradilol decreases systemic/pulmonary arterial blood pressure, heart rate, cardiac output and left ventricular volume without causing tachycardia. Nipradilol is also reported to have antiangina activity in dogs.
