UsesNSC727447 is an inhibitor of ribonuclease H (Rnase H) of HIV-1 and HIV-2. NSC727447 has little activity against E. coli RNase H, but great selectivity over human Rnase H, with IC50s value of 2.0 μM, 2.5 μM, 100 μM, 10.6 μM, respectively[1].
Biological ActivityNSC727447 is an inhibitor of ribonuclease H (Rnase H) of HIV-1 and HIV-2. NSC727447 has little activity against E. coli RNase H, but gre at selectivity over human Rnase H.
