一般步骤：向4-氨基苯酚（2.93 g，26.9 mmol）和1-(4-氟苯基氨基甲酰基)环丙烷羧酸（5.00 g，22.4 mmol）的N,N-二甲基乙酰胺（DMA，30 mL）溶液中加入1-乙基-3-(3-二甲氨基丙基)碳二亚胺盐酸盐（EDCI，5.15 g，26.9 mmol）。将反应混合物在室温下剧烈搅拌直至反应完成（通过TLC监测，约3小时）。反应完成后，在剧烈搅拌下将反应混合物缓慢倒入含有饱和碳酸氢钠（NaHCO3，200 mL）水溶液的烧瓶中。继续搅拌1小时后，过滤所得悬浮液。收集固体产物，依次用水（50 mL）和氯仿（50 mL）洗涤，然后在真空下干燥，得到N-(4-氟苯基)-N-(4-羟基苯基)环丙烷-1,1-二羧酰胺（6.22 g，收率88%），为白色粉末（HPLC纯度>95%，并通过1H NMR确认结构）。
