AgOTf (8.8 10-3 mmol) was added to the solution. After 12 h, a 50-L aliquot was withdrawn from the reaction vessel. An aliquot was added to an NMR tube containing 0.6 mL of CDCl3. Highly substituted tetrahydrofuran-d8 was obtained using a standard capillary consisting of a solution of ferrocene in CDCl3 (0.025 mg L-1) and the deuteration level was monitored by 1H NMR. |
