Astaxanthin

Astaxanthin, also known as astaxanthin and lobster shell pigment, is a kind of carotene and the highest level product of carotenoid synthesis. It is dark pink and has a chemical structure similar to β- Carotene. and β – Carotene, lutein, canthaxanthin and lycopene are all intermediates of carotenoid synthesis, so astaxanthin has the strongest antioxidant activity in nature.
