Amprolium Hydrochloride

Amproline hydrochloride is effective against chicken, rabbit, calf and lamb, both tender and heap-forming Eimeria fowls and lambs and calf coccidia. It is suitable for use as water-soluble dispersive agent or premix in combination with other drugs. It is the main anti-coccidiococcal drug for laying hens. The product has low toxicity, large safety range of Chemicalbook, little residue and no withdrawal period. The compound preparations were made with methoxyamide-benzyl ester and sulfaquinoxoline to enlarge the coccidioidal spectrum and enhance the anti-coccidioidal effect. The combination of sulfaquinoxoline and sulfaquinoxoline also has a good inhibitory effect on concurrent bacterial infection. It is a widely used anti-coccidiococcal drug at present.
