Product Description

Oxidized PE waxes have polar redical, are compatible with pigment and filler and filler in rubber and plastic industrial. Oxidized PE waxes with high value are easy to emulsify, wax emulsion can be used in textile, paper, leather finishing and release agent industrial.

Technical Parameters

Steps to follow:

1.Place the KOH, NaHSO3, and water into the reaction vessel. Stir and heat until the water boils.

2.Set agitator speed about 700 rpm/min. Keep the emulsified wax heated into the water.

3.After 3-5 minutes of maintaining the temperature, completely melt the wax into the water. Then stop the heating, and let it cool with the temperature of 90-95℃.

4.Stop stirring at the temperature level with below 40℃. Allow to stand for de-foaming.

5.Discharge.

6.Ratio sheet materials.
