The same agent demonstrates varying efficacies, with EC50 values reported at 10.67 μg/mL for R. solani, 10.10 μg/mL for S. sclerotiorum, 23.49 μg/mL for F. graminearum, and >10 μg/mL for A. flavus, 9.71 μg/mL for M. fructicola, 21.54 μg/mL for R. stolonifer. Furthermore, it exerts a superior antibacterial effect on X. oryzae compared to the benchmark control drug, with a minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of just 1.56 μg/mL [1]. |
