Product Introduction

Relative molecular weight: about 58.7KD. 

Vitality: ≥ 35u/mg; ≥ 400u/mg. 

Definition of activity: 1 g enzyme powder (or 1ml enzyme solution) at 50 ºC, pH4.8 conditions, 1min hydrolysis substrate (filter paper, CMC, defatted cotton or salicylin) to produce 1 μ g glucose is 1 unit of enzyme activity. 

Properties: light yellow powder or yellowish brown freeze-dried powder, soluble in water. It can act on the 1B4-β-D-glucosidic bond in cellulose

PH 4.0-5.5, the best 4.8, depending on the substrate.

The temperature range is 40-60 ºC, and the best temperature is 50 ºC.

Uses: biochemical research, plant cell hybridization research, catalytic hydrolysis of cellulose molecules to produce cellulose oligosaccharides, cellobiose and glucose.

Storage: 2 ºC ~ 8 ºC
