Plays a crucial role in early embryonic development by maintaining fetomaternal tolerance. Also acts as a costimulatory factor for T-cells which favors IL-4 secretion. CR1L Protein, Mouse, Recombinant (His) is expressed in E. coli expression system with N-6xHis tag. The predicted molecular weight is 44.5 kDa and the accession number is Q64735. |
