| In vivo | In hypercholesterolemic rats, FCE 28654 (15 mg/kg, p.o.) dramatically decreases blood cholesterol and modifies the hepatic cholesterol pattern via enhancing the free/esterified cholesterol ratio. FCE 28654 (100 mg/kg, p.o.) reduces microsomal ACAT activity rat plasma. |
