| Description | O-2050 is a high-affinity cannabinoid CB1 receptor antagonist with a Ki of 2.5 nM and inhibits the cannabinoid CB2 receptor with a Ki of 0.2 nM. O-2050 decreased food intake and stimulated locomotion in mice [1]. |
| In vivo | O-2050, administered intraperitoneally at doses of 1, 3, 10, and 30 mg/kg with a 30-minute pretreatment, significantly reduces food intake in mice in a dose-dependent manner. Notably, doses of 10 and 30 mg/kg of O-2050 also significantly enhance locomotor activity [1]. |
