| In vitro | PARP1-IN-14 (compound 19k) significantly inhibits the proliferation of drug-resistant Capan-1 cells (IC 50 < 0.3 nM) [1]. Treatment with PARP1-IN-14 (0-1 μM for 24 hours) induces DNA damage in both parental Capan-1 (BRCA2 −/−) and drug-resistant cells, and triggers cell cycle arrest and apoptosis in both cell types over 0-48 hours [1]. |
