背景（Background）
B细胞抗原受体复合物相关蛋白β链（CD79b）也称为B细胞特异性糖蛋白B29、Igβ、免疫球蛋白相关B29蛋白、B29和IGB，它是一种单程I型膜蛋白，含有一个Ig样V型（免疫球蛋白样）结构域和一个ITAM结构域。CD79b需要与CD79A协同作用，以启动由B细胞抗原受体复合物（BCR）激活的信号转导级联。CD79b可能通过招募磷酸化CD79A的激酶或招募与CD79A结合并保护其免受去磷酸化的蛋白质来增强CD79A磷酸化。CD79b的缺陷是6型无丙种球蛋白血症（AGM6）的原因，AGM6是一种原发性免疫缺陷，其特征是由于B细胞发育的早期阻断，血清抗体极低或缺失，循环B细胞低或缺失。
