B细胞抗原受体复合物相关蛋白β链（CD79b，亦称B细胞特异性糖蛋白B29、Ig-β、免疫球蛋白相关B29蛋白、B29及IGB）是一种I型单次跨膜蛋白，其结构包含一个免疫球蛋白样V型结构域和一个免疫受体酪氨酸激活基序（ITAM）结构域。CD79b需与CD79A协同作用，启动B细胞抗原受体复合物（BCR）激活的信号转导级联反应。该蛋白可通过招募磷酸化CD79A的激酶或结合CD79A并保护其免于去磷酸化的蛋白，增强CD79A的磷酸化水平。CD79b缺陷会导致6型无丙种球蛋白血症（AGM6），这是一种以血清抗体水平极低或缺如、循环B细胞数量显著减少或缺失为特征的原发性免疫缺陷病，病因在于B细胞发育早期受阻。
