背景（Background）
血管内皮生长因子A（VEGFA）也称为血管通透性因子（VPF）。VEGFA属于PDGF/VEGF生长因子家族。VEGFA是一种糖基化丝裂原，特异性作用于内皮细胞，具有多种作用，包括介导血管通透性增加、诱导血管生成、血管生成和内皮细胞生长、促进细胞迁移和抑制凋亡。或者，编码自由分泌或细胞相关异构体的剪接转录变体已被表征。由于选择性剪接，VEGFA由一组三种主要亚型产生，如果产生任何三种亚型（VEGFA120、VEGFA164和VEGFA188），则不会导致小鼠血管缺陷和完全VEGFA敲除死亡。
