The Staufen homolog 2 (STAU2) antibody is a tool used to detect and study the STAU2 protein, a double-stranded RNA-binding protein involved in post-transcriptional gene regulation. STAU2. part of the Staufen family (alongside STAU1), plays roles in mRNA transport, localization, and stability, particularly in neuronal cells, where it supports synaptic plasticity, dendritic development, and learning.
