Lifeact peptide is a fusion structure of BP100 and actin. BP100 (KKLFKKILKYL-amide) is an antibacterial peptide against plant pathogens, consisting of 17 amino acids. It can be used as a rapid and effective cell penetrant to transport fluorescent test cargo to the cytoplasm of plant cell walls.
