白细胞介素33 (Interleukin 33, IL-33)，也称为 C9orf26、DKFZp586H0523、DVS27、核因子高内皮静脉表达 (NF-HEV)、NFEHEV、RP11-575C20.2，是白细胞介素1超家族 (IL-1 superfamily) 中的一种细胞因子。
IL-33 能够诱导辅助性T细胞 (helper T cells)、肥大细胞 (mast cells)、嗜酸性粒细胞 (eosinophils) 和嗜碱性粒细胞 (basophils) 产生 2型细胞因子 (type 2 cytokines)。
IL-33 通过与受体 ST2 (又名 IL1RL1) 和 白细胞介素1受体辅助蛋白 (IL-1 Receptor Accessory Protein, IL1RAP) 相互作用来介导其生物学效应。这种相互作用激活 NF-κB 和 MAP 激酶 (MAP kinase) 信号通路中的胞内分子，进而驱动极化 Th2 细胞 (polarized Th2 cells) 产生 2型细胞因子（例如 IL-5 和 IL-13）。
在体内，IL-33 可诱导 IL-4、IL-5 和 IL-13 的表达，并导致黏膜器官 (mucosal organs) 发生严重的病理改变 (severe pathological changes)。
