癌胚抗原相关细胞黏附分子5（CEACAM5）——亦称癌胚抗原（CEA）、胎便抗原100、CD抗原CD66e——隶属于免疫球蛋白超家族中的CEA家族。该蛋白包含七个免疫球蛋白样结构域，以同源二聚体形式存在。当结合大肠杆菌Dr黏附素时，该二聚体结构会发生解离。作为细胞表面糖蛋白，CEACAM5参与细胞黏附及胞内信号传导，同时也是大肠杆菌Dr黏附素的受体。
