Oberotatug is a humanized IgG1‑kappa monoclonal antibody that specifically targets LY75, also known as CD205 or DEC‑205, a type I transmembrane C‑type lectin receptor. As an IgG1 isotype, it is designed to engage immune effector functions such as antibody‑dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC).
