Budoprutug is a human IgG1 kappa monoclonal antibody. It is designed as a targeted therapeutic agent specifically aimed at the CD19 antigen. Its primary mechanism of action is to induce the death of malignant B cells that express this antigen by binding to CD19. As an IgG1 isotype antibody, it possesses potent immune effector functions, enabling it to mediate the clearance of B cells through Antibody-Dependent Cellular Cytotoxicity (ADCC) and/or Complement-Dependent Cytotoxicity (CDC).
