Disitamab vedotin (also known as RC48) is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) approved in China for the treatment of HER2-positive advanced or metastatic gastric/gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma and HER2-positive locally advanced or metastatic urothelial carcinoma. It consists of a humanized anti-HER2 monoclonal antibody conjugated to the cytotoxic agent monomethyl auristatin E (MMAE) via a cleavable linker.
