Tuparstobart (INCGN-02385) is a humanized IgG1 kappa monoclonal antibody targeting lymphocyte-activation gene 3 (LAG-3, CD223), an inhibitory immune checkpoint receptor. It binds to LAG-3 to block its interaction with major histocompatibility complex class II (MHC-II) and other ligands, thereby reversing T cell exhaustion and enhancing anti-tumor immunity. It is being developed for cancer immunotherapy, often in combination with PD-1 inhibitors, for the treatment of advanced solid tumors.
