背景介绍
人呼吸道合胞病毒（HRSV）是导致婴幼儿急性下呼吸道疾病最常见的病原体，并且可在人的一生中引起反复感染。RSV融合糖蛋白（RSV F）是人血清中RSV中和抗体的主要靶标。RSV F是一种I型病毒融合蛋白，以无活性的单链多肽形式合成，并组装成三聚体。RSV F通过不可逆的蛋白质重折叠，从不稳定的融合前构象转变为稳定的融合后构象，从而介导病毒与宿主细胞膜的融合。
帕利珠单抗（Palivizumab）是一种靶向RSV F蛋白抗原位点II区域的人源化单克隆抗体。
