背景介绍
CD8a 是一种 32-34 kD 的 I 型糖蛋白。它与 CD8b 形成同源二聚体（CD8a/a）或异源二聚体（CD8a/b）。CD8 又称 T8 和 Leu2，是免疫球蛋白超家族成员，表达于大多数胸腺细胞、部分外周血 T 细胞以及 NK 细胞（NK 细胞几乎只表达 CD8a 同源二聚体）。CD8 作为共受体，与 MHC I 类分子限制性的 T 细胞受体共同参与抗原识别和 T 细胞激活，并在胸腺分化中发挥作用。CD8a 的两个结构域对其功能至关重要：胞外 IgSF 结构域结合 MHC I 类分子的 α3 结构域，胞质中的 CXCP 基序则结合酪氨酸激酶 p56 Lck。
