TREM-1 inhibitory peptide GF9 blocks the TREM-1 signaling pathway through a ligand independent mechanism, and can spontaneously insert into the cell membrane to separate TREM-1 from DAP-12, exerting its effect through the signal chain homooligomerization (SCHOOL) model. TREM-1 inhibitory peptide GF9 can reduce the levels of TNF α, IL-1 β, IL-6, and M-CSF. TREM-1 inhibitor GF9 can inhibit tumor growth, prolong the survival period of pancreatic cancer model mice, improve collagen induced arthritis, and play the role of bone and cartilage protection. TREM-1 inhibitor GF9 can be used in the research of arthritis, pancreatic cancer, retinopathy, alcoholic liver disease and liver cancer.
