Description：10Panx 是一个 panx-1 模拟抑制剂多肽，是由10个氨基酸组成的多肽，10Panx 可以阻碍 pannexin-1 缝隙连接(gap junction)。10Panx 抑制 P2X7-介导的染料的吸收，ATP-介导的 IL-1β 的释放和半胱氨酸蛋白酶-1(caspase-1)的激活，但是在体外不会改变巨噬细胞(macrophages)的膜电流(membrane current)。10Panx 还可以阻碍 NMDA 受体二次电流(secondary currents, I2nd))的激活，阻碍效率 > 70%。
10Panx is a panx-1 mimetic inhibitor peptide composed of 10 amino acids. It can block pannexin-1 gap junctions. 10Panx inhibits P2X7-mediated dye uptake, ATP-mediated IL-1β release, and caspase-1 activation, but does not alter macrophage membrane currents in vitro. Additionally, 10Panx can block the activation of NMDA receptor secondary currents (I2nd) with an efficiency of over 70%.
