1.主要成分

a-蒎烯，桧烯，B-蒎烯，月桂烯，柠檬醛。

溶于大多数挥发性油和矿物油，不溶于甘油和丙二醇。

商品中可有适当的抗氧剂。

2.制法

由芸香科植物白柠檬的压榨汁或整只压碎的果汁经水蒸气蒸馏而得。得率约0.2%~0.4%。

3.质量标准

A.醛含量（以柠檬醛C10H16O计）            ：0.5%~2.5%

B.旋光度                                                ：+34°~+47°

C.醇中溶解度                                          ：1ml可溶于5ml 90%乙醇中

4.用途

食用香料。

主要用于碳酸饮料，饮料粉，糖果，焙烤食品等。
