Description
Oxymetazoline Hydrochloride is a direct sympathomimetic agent. Is a nonselective adrenomimetic of α1A-AR and α2A-AR (α1-AR and α2-AR adrenergic receptor) agonists. Since vascular beds widely express α1 receptors, the action of Oxymetazoline results in vasoconstriction due to its action on endothelial α2 receptors. Oxymetazoline Hydrochloride is an inhibitor of SR-2C and an activator of SR-1A, SR-1B, SR-1D and SR-2C.More related product prices
