A mixture of the product from Example 88A (2.66 g, 12.3 mmol) and triphenyl phosphine (3.9 g, 13.5 mmol) in dichloromethane (125 mL) was added diisopropyl azodicarboxylate (2.66 mL, 13.5 mmol) dropwise at 0 C. The reaction mixture was allowed to warm up to rt for 12 hr. The solution was concentrated to dryness and the residue was chromatographed using hexane/ethyl acetate (20:1-5:1) to give the title compound (1.57 g, 64 %). MS (DCI/NH3) m/z 200 (M+1)+.
