6 The preparation method of compound 33:

compound 32 (18.5 g, 47.3 mmol) and triphenylphosphine (99 g, 37.8 mmol) were added to a 500 mL round-bottom flask, followed by 200 mL of o-dichlorobenzene (ODCB),Heat to reflux for 12 hours under nitrogen protection.After cooling, heptane was added to produce a solid, and the solid was filtered and dried under vacuum to obtain compound 33 (15 g, yield: 99%) as a yellow solid.
