Dissolve 80g of 7-chloro-5-(2-fluorophenyl)-1,3-dihydro-2H-1,4-benzodiazepine-2-thione in 800ml with a concentration of 30 to 33% by weight In methylamine ethanol solution,Slowly add 240ml of dimethyl sulfoxide, control the temperature at 18±2, and stir for 30 minutes.Concentrate until the volume no longer decreases, slowly add 240ml of water and beat for 2 hours.
