Steps:

Add 300 ml of anhydrous methanol to a 500 ml single-mouth bottle, cool to 0-5°C in an ice bath, add 5.2 g (20 mol%) of acetyl chloride slowly, incubate and stir for 20 minutes, add 50 g of D-ribose, and raise to room temperature. After 24 hours, the solvent was concentrated to give 55 g of a white solid product, methyl-[beta]-D-nucleoside.
