Steps:
2.1 General procedure for the synthesis of substituted phenylhydrazine carboxamides (1a-j)
General procedure: To a solution of hydrazine hydrate (in excess) in acetonitrile, corresponding isocyanates (1mmol) were added drop wise. This reaction was carried out in an ice bath and allowed to stir for half an hour. The precipitated product was filtered off, washed and finally dried at room temperature.
