4-羟基苯乙烯的合成(微波辅助法):在100 mL锥形瓶中加入4-羟基苯甲醛(1.0 g,8.2 mmol)、丙二酸(1.69 g,16.3 mmol)和三乙胺(2-4 mL),随后加入乙酸(10-15 mL)。锥形瓶口覆盖松散放置的漏斗,充分摇匀后置于微波反应器中,分批次进行微波辐射(2-8分钟)。反应完成后,将混合物冷却至室温,倒入冰水中,并用乙酸乙酯萃取。有机相依次用碳酸氢钠溶液、稀盐酸和饱和氯化钠溶液洗涤,无水硫酸钠干燥。减压浓缩除去溶剂,得到粗产物。通过硅胶柱色谱法纯化,洗脱剂为己烷/乙酸乙酯(9:1至6:4,v/v),得到具有甜香气味的4-羟基苯乙烯,产率40%。产物结构经1H NMR和13C NMR确认:1H NMR (CDCl3) δ 7.31 (2H, d, J = 8.5 Hz, H-2和H-6), 6.81 (2H, d, J = 8.8 Hz, H-3和H-5), 6.67 (1H, dd, J = 17.8 Hz, 11.3 Hz, CH=CH2), 5.51 (1H, s, OH), 5.20 (1H, d, J = 17.8 Hz, 顺式-CH=CH2), 5.14 (1H, d, J = 11.3 Hz, 反式-CH=CH2); 13C NMR (CDCl3) δ 155.5 (C-1), 136.5 (CH=CH2), 130.9 (C-4), 128.0 (C-3和C-5), 115.8 (C-2和C-6), 112.0 (CH=CH2)。
