Biological Activity

Bifeprunox (DU-127,090) is an atypical antipsychotic. Bifeprunox is a dopamine D2 receptor (D2R) partial agonist th at exhibits 5-HT1A agonist properties.

in vivo

Bifeprunox (0.001-2.5 mg/kg) reduces marble burying in mice[2].
Bifeprunox (4-250 μg/kg) influences nicotine-seeking behaviour in response to drug-associated stimuli in rats[3].
