Description
NH-bis(PEG2-acid) HCl salt is an anqueous soluble branched compound with a central amino group and two terminal carboxylic acids. The amino group is reactive with activated NHs ester, Carboxylic group can react with primary amino groups.
Uses
NH-bis(PEG2-C2-acid) is a PEG-based PROTAC linker that can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs[1].
