Description
N-Boc-N-bis(PEG2-propargyl) enables Click Chemistry reactions with azide-bearing compounds or biomolecules via copper catalyzed Click Chemistry. The Boc-protected amine can be deprotected under acidic conditions.
Uses
N-Boc-N-bis(PEG2-propargyl) is a PEG-based PROTAC linker that can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs[1]. N-Boc-N-bis(PEG2-propargyl) is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
