Chemical Properties

Pale yellow crystalline powder, soluble in organic solvents such as methanol, ethanol, and DMSO. It is derived from the creeping Ficus microcarpa F. philippinensis.

Uses

Kushenol E is a class of flavonoids isolated from Sophora flavescens and is a non-competitive indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase 1 (IDO1) inhibitor with an IC50 of 7.7μM and a Ki of 9.5μM, has anti-tumor activity[1].
