heavy odor, resembling Phenylethyl butyrate,
but less floral. The undertone is floral and
rich, but the overall impression is fruitybalsamic. | | Chemical Properties | Cinnamyl butyrate has a fruity, slightly floral odor and sweet taste reminiscent of honey. It is used in orange and citrus
