UsesVal-Gly-Ser-Glu (NSC 350591) is an ECF-A tetrapeptide. Val-Gly-Ser-Glu dose-dependently increases the number of human eosinophils, but not neutrophils, rosetting with complement-coated sheep erythrocytes (EAC3b)[1].
