BBO-8520, KRAS G12C 抑制剂 是靶向 KRASG12C 的直接小分子共价抑制剂,有较高的口服利用度,同时具有 KRASG12C (OFF) 抑制剂特性和阻断 KRAS G12C (ON) 信号的作用。BBO-8520 通过将 GTP 结合蛋白来抑制 KRASG12C (ON),从而抑制细胞增殖。BBO-8520 也能快速且完全阻断 RAS-RAF1 相互作用,使 KRASG12C 回到非活性 (OFF) 状态。
