Description	Ald-CH2-PEG3-azide is a click chemistry PEG linker. Aldehyde groups are likely to undergo nucleophile substitution, reduction and oxidation reactions. The azideN3 enable Click Chemistry reactions with alkynes, DBCO and BCN to form triazole groups. PEG3 spacer increases the water solubility of the compound.
Biological Activity	Ald-CH2-PEG3-azide is a cleavable 3-unit PEG-containing ADC linker that can be used to synthesize antibody drug conjugates (ADCs),it is a PROTAC linker belonging to the PEG class and can be used to synthesize PROTAC molecules.
