Operation steps
1. Cell staining: Culture cells in a flat-bottom 96-well plate to an appropriate state, add SF7-AM (1 μM), and incubate at 37°C for 30 minutes.
2. Wash the wells with Hanks balanced salt solution to remove residual dye and observe under an inverted wide-field fluorescence microscope. |
