1. Product Description

Valerian Acid is a naturally occurring carboxylic acid, found in valerian root and used in both food flavoring and industrial applications. It is a colorless to pale yellow liquid with a characteristic odor.

Applications:

Food Industry: Flavoring agent, fragrance, food additive, aroma enhancer.

Industrial: Chemical intermediate, solvent, synthesis of esters and pharmaceuticals, rubber additives, plasticizers.
