Description：L17E 是一种内体溶解肽，也是一种阳离子两亲肽，序列中含有25个氨基酸，对晚期内体 (LE) 具有特定的膜裂解活性。L17E 被内吞到细胞中并被贩运到 LE。在 LE 的酸性环境中，L17E 扰乱并裂解 LE 膜，导致 LE 膜破裂并将 LE 内容物释放到胞质溶胶中。L17E 用于研究内体蛋白运输途径的作用。
L17E is an endolytic peptide and a cationic amphiphilic peptide with a sequence containing 25 amino acids, exhibiting specific membrane lytic activity towards late endosomes (LE). L17E is internalized into cells and trafficked to LE. In the acidic environment of LE, L17E disrupts and cleaves the LE membrane, causing it to rupture and releasing LE contents into the cytoplasmic sol. L17E is used to study the role of intracellular protein transport pathways.
