1.5 (5) Synthesis of Compound VI
35.8 g of Compound V product (0.14 mol, 1 eq), 300 mL of ethanol was added to the reaction flask, stirred and dissolved, and then an ethanolic solution of oxalic acid (13.7 g / 100 mL of ethanol, 0.15 mol, 1.1 eq) was added dropwise; Part of the ethanol was distilled off under reduced pressure and suction filtered to give a crude material. The crude product was placed in 300 mL of acetone, heated and beaten, cooled to room temperature, suction filtered, rinsed with acetone, and dried to give 47.3 g of white solid product, Compound VI, yield 98%.
