General procedure: In a 100 mL round bottom flask, 4 mmol substituted 2-fluorobenzaldehyde represented by Formula I-6 was added, 6 mmol shown in Formula I-2 Substituted phenol and 8 mmol of anhydrous potassium carbonate, After adding 10 mL of DMF, the temperature was raised to 100°C. After TLC monitored the reaction of the raw materials, the reaction was stopped. After adding 50 mL of diethyl ether, the mixture was washed twice with 30 mL of 2 M NaOH and then with 50 mL of saturated brine, and the solvent was evaporated under reduced pressure to give the compound of formula I-8. The rate is shown in Table 2.
