Steps:
1 Synthesis of 2-amino-N-phenethyl benzamide
Isatoic anhydride (1.00g, 6.13mmol) was dissolved inacetonitrile (30.0 mL), and then phenethylamine (0.847mL, 6.74mmol) was addedat room temperature. It was stirred for 16 hours at the same temperature, and thereaction solution was concentrated under reduced pressure. The residue waspurified by silica gel chromatography (hexane / ethyl acetate = 80 / 20-60 /40) to give the title compound (1.39 g, 5.77 mmol, 94%) as a white solid.
